<description lang=fr>L’article présente les différentes options de financement complémentaire et leur faisabilité dans le cadre de la mise en place de la future aire marine protégée du Prêcheur en Martinique. Il met en avant une estimation de l’apport financier généré par les différentes options de financement applicables dans le cadre de la réserve du Prêcheur tout en soulignant la nécessité d’une analyse plus fouillée. Il introduit aussi la notion de « paiement pour les services environnementaux » qui pourrait être appliquée afin d’associer les pêcheurs au processus de suivi scientifique et de développement de l’écotourisme. L’article s’appuie sur les résultats d’études menées à l’échelle de la Martinique entre 2011 et 2016.</description>
<description lang=en>The article presents the different options of complementary financing and their feasibility in the context of the implementation of the future marine protected area of Le Prêcheur in Martinique. It highlights an estimation of the financial contribution of the various relevant financing options in the reserve of Le Prêcheur, while acknowledging the need for further analysis. It also introduces the concept of ‘payment for ecosystem services’ which could be applied to involve fishermen in the process of scientific monitoring and ecotourism development. The article is based on the results of studies conducted at the scale of Martinique between 2011 and 2016.</description>
