<description lang=fr>Au terme de cette année 2013, la Revue Etudes Caribéennes atteint son dixième anniversaire. Cet éditorial propose de retracer les grandes étapes de la construction de cette revue universitaire et présente les grandes lignes de sa politique éditoriale. La Revue Etudes Caribéennes constitue un espace de partage et de rencontre, de la Caraïbe à l’Amérique latino-caribéenne, des mondes insulaires au « Tout-Monde », à travers une approche multidisciplinaire tout en accordant une place privilégiée à l’aménagement du territoire en tant que discipline carrefour. La fabrication du territoire, les ressources et leurs usages, les interactions entre les acteurs et les rapports au pouvoir, repenser le « commun »… Autant de dimensions qui fédèrent nos réflexions.</description>
<description lang=en>At the end of this year 2013, the Etudes Caribéennes Review reached its tenth birthday. This editorial proposes to trace the main stages of the construction of this academic journal and outlines its editorial policy. The Etudes Caribéennes Review is a space for sharing and meeting, from the Caribbean to Latino-Caribbean America, from insularity worlds to the "Tout-Monde" through a multidisciplinary approach while providing a privileged place to the land-use planning as a discipline carrefour. The making of the territory, its resources and their uses, interactions between actors and power, rethinking the “common”... All dimensions that gather our reflections.</description>
