<description lang=fr>À travers l’étude du dispositif de la formation professionnelle en Martinique, étendue à la Guadeloupe et à la Guyane française, l’article analyse la spécificité des dispositifs de formation sur ces territoires français des Amériques par comparaison à la France métropolitaine puis souligne les mutations qui se produisent dans les dispositifs de formation à distance de ces territoires sous l’effet du développement des nouvelles technologies de l’information. L’intérêt est d’engager une réflexion sur la relation problématique entre emploi et formation en intégrant le rôle du politique et du contexte social et culturel</description>
<description lang=en>Through the study of the approaches to professional training in Martinique, Guadeloupe and French Guiana, this article compares how training in these territories of French America compares to training in France and then highlights the changes that have occurred as a result of the introduction and development of the new information technologies into distance education programmes in those territories. Our purpose is to initiate a reflection on the need to examine the relationship between employment and training by integrating the role of politics and the social and cultural context</description>
