<description>The article reviews the staging of "Pan Rising - Pan is Beautiful 4" Steelband Music Festival which was held by Pan Trinbago and associate sponsors - the Royal Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and Kirpalani's Ltd. While the festival displayed pan-musicianship at its very best, there was a great measure of dissatisfaction among steelbandsmen over the administration of Pan Trinbago. Pan Trinbago's president, Arnim Smith has been called to clear the air on the number of vital issues which are of serious concern to steelbands.</description>
