Longtemps localisées en haut d’estuaire, elles dépendaient des marées et s’adaptaient au milieu. En devenant spéculative, l’activité de pêche gagne la mer. La motorisation contribuera aussi à ce mouvement. Les techniques de pêche se banalisent depuis autour de l’emploi généralisé des filets.</description>
