Abdominal echinococcosis caused by E. vogeli is reported for the first time in a child, a 6-year-old boy in French Guiana. The diagnosis was made by histological and molecular techniques. In tropical regions, this neglected disease must be considered even in children.</description> <date>2017-03-06</date> </dc> </metadata> </record> </GetRecord> </OAI-PMH>
