Résumé : The slides were taken on collecting trips sponsored by the William L. Bryant Foundation, where books, music and art indigenous to the regions were gathered. The are organized by geographical location.
This statue is located at el Palacio de los Capitanes Generales in Havana, Cuba. The palace used to house the captain general, or governor of Cuba when the island was under Spanish control. It is located on calle tacon near obispo, in old Havana.
Christopher Columbus marble monument was installed in the year 1862 by the Italian sculptor J. Cucchiari.
