Since the photographer simply labeled this picture "Cuba" it is difficult to locate where this photograph was taken. The picture shows an older styled building with a large courtyard. There are several visitors throughout, which are dressed in the typical dress of the period.

This image appeared in Munson Steamship Line's "The Cuba Review and Bulletin' in 1905 with the following caption: "The vaulted corridor of the old monastery attached to the church which is now the Havana Custom House. In their occupation of Havana in 1762, the English housed troops and horses in this edifice, for which desecration the Spanish condemned it to its present service, all succeeding governments following the precedent."
