Business signs advertise Loyalist Shoppe, “Thompson Brothers (Wines & Spirits) Ltd,” Coca Cola, and Barclays Bank. Loyalist Shoppe was a souvenir gift shop. Thompson Brothers (Wines and Spirits) Limited was a subsidiary of Burns House. In 1836, a Royal Charter established The Colonial Bank in the Caribbean.
