Castleton Botanical Garden in Saint Mary, Jamaica was established on November 19, 1862 as a relocation site for the Bath Botanical Garden, located in Bath, Saint Thomas, which began to surfer after frequent flooding by the Sulfur River in the 19th century. The Castleton Gardens are located on both sides of Junction Road. Many species of plant specimens in the garden came from Kew Gardens in London, England. Plants pictured include ferns and crotons.
