Résumé : The slides were taken on collecting trips sponsored by the William L. Bryant Foundation, where books, music and art indigenous to the regions were gathered. The are organized by geographical location.
Green Turtle Cay is one of many small islands located off the coast of Great Abaco Island. Its earliest inhabitants were Lucayan Indians. After the American Revolutionary War, British Loyalist began to settle the Abaco Islands including the New Plymouth area of Green Turtle Cay. In 1999, New Plymouth was declared an historic district.
